Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact flaviachiste@gmail.com. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for your desired piece and returning the original item separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items.

Made-to-order or limited pieces will ship within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary.

Once your order has shipped and tracking has been issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier. CHIS Studio is not liable for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
